All refunds requests must be in writing by mail to the Conference Secretary as soon as possible: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of late cancellation. However, each case of cancellation will be considered individually.
Symposium registration fees include access to conference presentations and workshops, access to the exhibition and poster areas, conference materials, opening ceremony, poster reception and gala dinner.
The conference is organized in a hybrid mode – online participation and presentations are possible. Please see options below for online participation fees.
The Organizing Committee have found financial support at Gdansk Tech and can grant a limited number of scholarships for the best PhD students. The scholarship is for students participating in-person and students who have submitted abstracts and have been accepted for poster or panel presentation. Please contact us for more details.

IWA operates a High / Low Income Country classification for its membership and registration fees. The HIC/LIC classification is based on your country of residence and not on your country of origin. Please consult the IWA Country Classification table to verify your HIC/LIC status.
Students need to submit a student´s ID
